Interesting.  This, 
http://www.diabetesincontrol.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=2475, 
also appeared this week.  Note the underlying assumption that people 
simply won't adhere to a lowcarb diet.  It would be interesting to see 
how it affects postprandial BG after a lowcarb meal, if at all.
