Rice isn't Paleo, didn't exist as we know it until man cultivated it, and cannot reproduce itself without intervention. Add to that a technology to get the bran off the rice and then extract oil, and I think we're pushing it a bit here. I am not convinced vegetable oils play a seminal role in our nutrition, nor are they without a downside in most cases, due to the plant compounds being hard to metabolize and sometimes toxic. I suppose it might be a clue to note that one of the websites says it is "refined, bleached, dewaxed, and deodorized", not to mention the "high fry life" claimed.
