Samba,
An increase in CD4 numbers in an HIV/Aids patient is an indication of improvement in the patient's health conditions but not necessarily a cure. A cure will require total clearance of the virus. There will be a need for review of the patients later on, may be after some months.
Traditional medicine has claimed cures for HIV/Aids in most African countries but orthodox medicine is just having difficulty to accept and review some of these claims, may be because the traditionalist will not provide the recipe for their concoctions. By the way how do you evaluate spiritualism?
