Does Weight Watchers work for celiacs?
What about the low-glycemic diets?
Between keeping gluten-free and keeping kosher, I cannot purchase ready-made meals and such.

I know I just need to get back into the gym. The weight started inching up when I decreased my exercising over the past few months.

I should mention, I also have thyroid issues, I don't eat like a pig...I know about nutrition, and I'm in my 60's...so losing weight doesn't come easy. (I was downright skinny until I hit menopause and went gf and my thyroid shut down, all at the same time. That was about 11 years ago.

Ladies...how are you losing weight? What's your secret?
