Hello!

I've asked this question of other paleos and figured I'd post it here also
to compare results:

If I was to go near to totally carnivorous (I don't seem to agree with
butter and cheese) would it be possible to get all the fat I need simply
by eating the meat as it is and not adding any extra fat? I know that I
can add tallow and other fat goodies, but I'd like to be able to just cook
up the meat as I buy it, chow down, and get on with life. I ask this
because I was interested in the last post's reference to Rosedale
advocating fat as the primary fuel source.

I like eating mostly steak, lamb, and chicken thighs with the occasional
leaner stuff like fish and ground turkey. Does this sound like a "doer?"
Thanks a bunch.

K :)
