This usage of WinXP is not allowed.  You would have to purchase a new license.

Generally, XP installs itself based, in a large part, on the hardware 
present when installed.  You would have to start XP and immediately 
update the installation (using the XP disk).  But you don't have that 
disk, so you might be out of luck there.
