I have seen my sister act as though she were sorry in orde to get what she
wanted at the moment. I wondered myself if Grechin were sincerely, or if
she just sincerely wanted to live in your house. I would have to see some
major change in the right direction. It must be so disruptie for the kids,
first she is in the houe for a while, then the rehab center, then the h
ouse, now gone...since she can't or want think of other, I pray you will
make the best decision for the kids, you and Sandy and even for Grechin.

Phil,
I am praying it is a difficult decision and only the Lord can show you waht
to do. I am hoping Gretchen will change her mind and her attitude and let
the Lord take control of her life.
