Use the "unnecessary files" option in Easy Cleaner. http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ I don't have a complete list in front of me, but he suggests removing .tmp, .bak and Temp folders. I've used it many times without a hitch. The included registry cleaner works well, but some of the other utilities should be used with caution.
