What I've done is change the location of the *.pst on all pc's to which it is loaded. I use a drive / folder labeled E:\Outlook. The importance of that is to ensure rules work post-copying of the *.pst (learned that from an Outlook MVP). Copying the *.pst to different drives upsets the rules... No import necessary. You put the *.pst where you want it and it's ready to go.
