It's been a discussion on here several times. You
might find some interesting posts if you search for
'Rosedale' in the archives. I just talked to my doc
about this last Wednesday and he says it's BS. He said
that some people think your body can't convert protein
after certain amounts and that that is simply not
true. He also said that leptin is there for a reason
and to eat protein freely and not worry about leptin
resistance. His example was body builders - they eat
tons of protein yet are really lean.

I am still experimenting with what seems to work best
for my body since you get different opinions from
everybody including doctors.
