Hi Mike,
I'm not sure whether or not they contain lectins. Of course I know beans
are known for lectins but as far as I know Quinoa is not part of the
bean family. In regards to seeds and grains, it is my understanding that
grains are seeds of the grass family ie:, a coconut is a seed but not
classed as a grain but you could be right because I am not a botanist or
any kind of authority in that regard. I'm not trying to 'force'
acceptability of quinoa into a paleo diet I'm just new to the paleo diet
concept and would like to learn. Thanks for your reply.
