Maybe Reform mohels use light sabers these days, but as I remember it, the knife [the Hebrew name for a mohel's tool escapes me at the moment] is supposed to be made of stone. Presumably stone that's more like obsidian than Belgian block.
 
Whether even the most Orthdox mohels use stone knives is also beyond me.   But I'll ask my consultants in these matters.
