Do you have a strong interest in and ability to help make a difference in the lives of Deaf and hard of hearing people and their families?   If yes, then CHAD is moving toward its 2007 vision of expanding health and human services and could use you on our team.  

The following jobs (full and part time) offer a wide variety of ways in which you can contribute while expanding your own experience:

Program Director (20 – 30 hrs. week)

Coordinate / supervise all current programs and play a key role in development of new ones.

Administrative Assistant / Information & Referral Specialist (20 – 40 hrs. week)

Handle all inquiries for Information & Referral and assist in a variety of administrative tasks. 

Outreach Coordinator (12 hrs. week)

Target D/HOH people in need and assist providers in becoming more aware and accessible in northern, central and western Chester County.

Assistive Device Specialist  (20 – 40 hrs. week)

Provide demonstrations, equipment library loans, financial aid guidance and sales of devices to assist those with hearing and / or vision loss.

Sign Language Instructor/s

Currently, CHAD needs teachers for four, 8 - week classes, two with late afternoon schedules and two during evenings – all in Chester County.  Applicants should have experi-ence teaching Signing Naturally I (or equivalent) and be comfortable sharing challenges, resources and cultural experiences with students.
