If I recall correctly, this means that the cable is in reversed. This is impossible if the cable and floppy are keyed, but, if they are not, it is very easy to do. See if you can reverse the cable, i.e. twist the connector 180 degrees at one of the ends. I recently put together a new computer, and it works like a dream, i didnt have hardly any problems at all with it. One problem I am having, however, is with my floppy disk drive. I know that the drive itself works, because I've used it in another computer. The green light on the FDD is on...and stays on, it never shuts off. Whats more, I can put a floppy into the drive, and it doesnt read. Do i need a driver for it, perhaps? Any input would be very appreciated.
