Most rawfooders have seen the common sprouts: alfalfa, clover, sunflower, onion, broccoli, etc. However, a local business is selling some less common micro-greens, or baby greens: cilantro (coriander), sage, arugula, pepper cress, tatsol, mizuna, pak choi and others. It will be interesting to see ifg these catch on and become popular. PS methi = fenugreek leaves are also available, though they are from mature plants and not seedlings. Once in a while lentil greens can be found in the local markets as well. Tom Billings
