<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I received the following responce from Bard's Tale Beer: "I am sorry that no one from our company has not responded to your requests for information. It is very hard for a company such as ours to scientifically measure shelf life. But I can say that we put a bottle of our first batch in an incubator on November 19 at about 104 DegF for 3 months without any beer haze. Therefore the minimum shelf life should be around 3 months. Beer kept at room temp should last longer. The beer does not need to be refrigerated but it is recommended for longer shelf life (as with any beer). I personally have had beer in the fridge since November and it is just fine (word of note, I did not place it in the fridge until March before that it was room temp). The latest batches I keep in the basement at around 60 DegF and then place in the fridge as needed with no ill effects. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions." *Support summarization of posts, reply to the SENDER not the CELIAC List*
