Vincent, There is some spyware/adware out there that puts icons on your desktop that you can't move or delete. You have to remove the offending spyware/adware to get rid of them. I saw this on a computer a while back, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the scumware that was causing the problem. Try scanning your computer for adware and viruses.
