About 6 weeks ago I was dx'd with celiac disease and a casein intolerance.
I have been able to find a huge amount of information about celiac disease
and why it is important to avoid gluten if you have the disease but have not
been so lucky in finding information about casein.

Can anyone point me to any resources about casein intolerance?

Also, my in-laws are struggling to see why I have to be so militant about
not ingesting either gluten or casein. My mother in law is a type 1 diabetic
and she thinks that since a bit of sugar won't hurt her a bit of gluten or
some dairy won't hurt me.  I have enough ammunition to discount the "little
bit of gluten" argument but have nothing on the casein side. Any help
anyone?
