The rawist myth is that the colon has mucoid plaque -- but medical doctors who look at colons everyday with special equipment, tell us that the mucoid plaque does not exist and they have photos to back up their claims. The promoters of cleansing regimes have photos too - leading to the obvious conclusions that: 1. mucoid plaque per rawfooder claims, is a myth 2. the black stuff coimg out fo people given cleansing regimes, is probably a reaction (bodily/bacterial) to the contents of the cleansing regime.
