Yes Nancy-

You must get another operating system.  As was previously posted, Win2000 is a much better choice than 98 & will be close in price on ebay.

However, another possibility is to download & install Linux Xandros.  It's free & runs/looks superb.  Won't cost anything to give it a spin?  You can always revert back to Windows, if necessary...
