Does anyone know of any milk-free substitutes for Velveeta cheese? I have a
wonderful chicken spaghetti recipe that uses it, but I haven't found a
substitute.

If anyone knows of substitutes for "cream of mushroom" and "cream of
chicken" soups, etc., I'd appreciate knowing about those as well.

My daughter seems to be okay with ingesting caesin (as in the soy cheeses),
but whey is a problem.
