I guess that is inflation.
While these types of auctions have been around for quite
some time, they only used to cost $3 or $4 dollars...

One of the reasons they say to hurry is that the loopholes
they exploit will soon be closed. (If not already.)
Unless it is actually links to warez sites and not legal at all...
