Hello Stephan, >> I've been eating paleo for two weeks now, and I know that it takes >time for >> body to adjust to the changes. > >But, I think that you don't know what it takes to go to where you really >want to be. You may well be right, but I am very patient as well as being open to change. So far, the kind of Paleodiet I'm following has already worked some remarkable changes in my health. I am willing to experiment in future, however. >> As someone who used to be very carb-dependent, I am starting my paleo >> routine by including quite a lot of fresh and a small amount of dried >> fruits. I have always been told that fruit acids and sugars can damage >tooth >> enamel. >You're still following what you've been told. On the contrary. I followed the last statement by asking if any dentists could verify or contradict what I had been told. >What you've been told ... sucks! I can only suppose that what you say is true for you. However, as you are free to follow your own path, I am free to follow mine. >> Could any dentists here advise me on the truth > >No, they could not. They're doing what they've been told, also. We have obviously had a totally different experience of dentists in the past. I have good friendships with a number of dentists and find them to be open-minded, highly intelligent and stimulating company. I've learned much from them that I value. Slainte, Persephone
