Hi, y'all. Maybe some of you have experienced this also- I decided to lower my sugar load a bit more by consuming NO dried fruit, only whole fruit. Anyway, since then (only 4 days ago) I have had to up my fat/protein somewhat. I even had a crazy red meat craving last night which is WEIRD for me, but I believe a step in the right direction. Anyhow, my abdomen is all bloated up. As an O blood type (not sure if that means anything) shouldn't I be able to handle an increase in fat/protein? Is this just a state of transition or does a bloated abdomen mean that I am not meant to have so much fat?
