Hi, I have been dealing with cd for six years and thought I was doing great living on rice krispies!!
Now I'm finding I need to look into the ingred. further, looking for things like barley malt, maltodextrin
and modified food starch. So like I said I thought I was doing well. It's a little frustrating to me because 
I have been dealing with this all on my own. The dietician I was sent to was no help. I would appreciate
any other helpful suggestions of things I should be watching out for. I am learning that companies are very
willing to answer your questions too. Alli
