Hello friends...Since we seem to be in a recipe-sharing mood these days, I
thought I'd pass along this info. I recently subscribed to the above
magazine in hopes of lighting a fire (no pun intended) in my dinner routine.
The current issue, #9, January/February 2004, which should be on the
shelves now, is full of GF recipes. Not intentionally, I'm sure, but some
good ones nonetheless. A few examples just from the dessert line: Banana
Pudding, a yummy looking Almond Torte, Flourless Chocolate Cake, plus a
recipe for Chocolate Cheesecake Squares that could easily be converted GF.
Main dished include Soft Polenta with Mushroom Ragu, Cheddar and Egg Grits,
and Pork-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls. There are many, many more recipes, some
which are naturally GF and others which might be adapted. So if you're in
the mood to try some new dishes, you might check this magazine out.

I have no financial interest in this publication...fortunately as it IS a
Martha Stewart product!!
