<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Sorry I missed the Splenda discussion. I just wanted to let people know about another alternative called Whey Low (wheylow.com). I'm not affiliated with this company but we really like their products. They have a white and brown (called gold) sugar substitute. We in the midst of starting Madwoman Foods in Minneapolis (producing only gluten free and low carb products like muffins and frozen pizza). We searched and tried several sugar substitutes and found most were not healthy due to the chemical content (we only use natural or organic ingredients so we had a challenge) or they had a terrible after-taste when used in cooking. We found Whey Low to be the best and it's natural. Not too many folks know about Whey Low yet. They also say on their website it is good for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Find out what made the Top Yahoo!
