It also depends on the building services management. The one at my old office building did what he could but as I started out ambulatory and not in a wheelchair, it was patchy at best. Also the company leases that building, so there may have been some lease restriction on modifications; I don't know. The company owns the building I'm now in, and it's a lot newer, too, so that may have a lot to do with it.
