> The fact that so many women experience morning sickness, not only the ones > living on SAD and not only those living today, is a sign that it is natural > and good even if not pleasant. beautifull rationalisation of a misery which source have not been understood. goes with the idea that birth is necessarly painfull. the truth is it is not for every one . my wife didn't and many of the other women practicing instinctive eating ( raw undenatured foods chosen by sense of smell ) that i know, didn't , also many other womens ,not necessarrelly on a radical diet like this one ,didn't either morning sickness occur at a time when instinct is awakened. At this time strong appeal for specific foods occur. when it comes to support a new life, many denials and numbing feelings that are in the way, are blown away by this powerfull evolutionary force . Morning sickness occur as a clear indication that what is ingested is not fit to support life at this moment at any other time the body can cop with junk foods ( meaning what the body doesn't need right now ...and a perfectly "good" food can become a burden when not needed ) not during pregnancy . > > The first trimester when the fetus is forming all its organs you should not > eat everything that comes your way. nor at any other time either but even more so during pregnancy Lots of leaves, veggies, nuts and flowers > that the pregnant woman could choose from she shouldn't choose from. When > the organ forming time is over, morning sickness is also over. We feel the > way we do because we are designed to do so. Evolution formed women to be > generally disgusted with foods and smells in the first trimester to shield > the vulnerable fetus. disgusted by what is not needed and will be a burden at that precise moment and strongly attracted to what is especially needed. jean-claude
