This was something I read a while ago, I'm not sure where. I think it was smaller companies that were being forced into it because their premiums were so high they couldn't afford to keep them on and stay in business. There is something seriously wrong with the medical insurance industry and I'm damned if I know how to fix it. They have to be in the black to stay in business and I can see that. However passing on high medical costs to the employers and to the consumers only create more hardships for everyone. I hope everybody who was let go like this, gets together to sue their employers! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am available to do writing, editing, reporting, designing jobs, including business cards, etc. I am also a disability rights activist. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >
