Dear Judity,

I have both casein and lactose intolerance.  The symptomological differences between casein intolerance and lactose intolerance are so dramatic, that with a little web research you could have figured out how to solve the problems on your own and saved a ton of money.  Incompetent doctors with no dietary or nutritional or food allergy training will scratch their heads and make you pay for pricey and useless testing.  Quick answer to your probs: cut out ALL milk products and products  that contain milk or milk proteins.  Period.  Get some lactase tables and keep them with you at all times as a precaution.  Go to the web and do some reading.  Good luck.
