Here is a URL to one of the stories: http://www.abc.net.au/worldtoday/content/2003/s904609.htm Earlier researchers, it seems, had been asking the wrong question, confining their quantification to the frequency of sexual intercourse which, as most men who have been through their 20s will know, is not the most frequent occasion for ejaculation. This makes a lot of sense to me and is likely to have been used in Paleo times before we were riddled with the guilt established religions load onto masturbation. I have drawn the attention of my two sons (in their 20s) to the articles.
