<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hello all, I feel like an interloper--my sprue tests, including the biopsies, came back negative, but I get terrible digestive and general reactions to gluten. So I enjoy all the great information that gets shared here, and now I'm coming to you experts with my own question. I've just begun a combination of natural hormone replacement and thyroid therapy, and my doctor told me to get a "B-100" (basically a comprehensive B-complex vitamin) that's as food based as possible, since that makes the vitamins more absorbable. Unfortunately, when I checked at the health food store, none of the food-based vitamins state they are wheat or gluten free, and enough clearly contain either barley or wheat to make me nervous about the ones that don't have an allergen statement. I picked up a smaller bottle of a standard health-food store B-100 vitamin that is gluten free to get me by for now, but if any of you know if a food-based one that's safe for us, I'd love to hear about it! I'll summarize, of course. Lenore Salt Lake City __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
