<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Area medical professionals are invited to join the Jackson Area Celiac Support Group in welcoming Dr. Kenneth Fine, Director of Operations and Chief Consultant for FinerHealth and Nutrition, to its next meeting, 12:30 p.m., Monday, June 30, in the downstairs conference room at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Group members also will share favorite gluten-free food and recipes. The support group usually meets at 12:30 p.m. the first Thursday of each month. There will be no meeting June 5 or July 3. The group is open to anyone who may benefit from a gluten-free diet, including but not limited to those with other digestive disorders, yeast problems, wheat allergy, ADHD, autism, or fibromyalgia. Friends and relatives who want to learn and others who suspect they may have a gluten-related problem also are welcome. For more information call (731) 402-0139, (731) 668-7468 or (731) 661-2179.
