Ian,

If you log on as yourself and install the software, it _should_ install
for all users.
2K/XP-aware software will ask you if you want to install for all users,
or yourself only.
Be aware that when you log in as one of the other users, the first time
you run Office, you will get a 'preparing to install' message. Don't
panic - it will do it's thing for half a minute, then Office will open
up...
