I used it for a couple of weeks and I think it's terrific. After the initial learning period I've had it process 2138 emails out of which it classified 221 as spam and 1917 as good messages. There were no false positives (all 221 were spam) but of the 1917 supposedly good mails 35 were really spam (1.8% false negatives). You then manually reclassify the messages it got wrong and this is the way it learns. I haven't used it long enough to be completely sure but I think it's getting better every day.
