I actually don't officially start til next week (week 27 of preg) but this is my trial week. I have to do a food shopping at Whole Foods as well as the produce store to really get me "set" but this week is my week to figure out what I need and shop and try recipes. I made carrot muffins, that are awesome, and peach oatmeal muffins (my son is on a muffin kick) which are also yummy. Yesterday here is my menu (again, I am avoiding milk, nuts, fish): Bfast: homemade banana muffin; apple Lunch: Leftover London broil, corn on cob Dinner: Chicken Salad (chicken, celery, mayo, spices), safe white bread, green pepper slices Dessert: Carrot muffin Snacks throughout the say: Potato chips (Pringles), fruit Today, so far: Oatmeal peach muffin--and I think I will have some cereal in a few minutes, with rice milk :) Thanks to everyone for their help :) :) LOL- Nancy Nancy "My SONS are my greatest accomplishment and the opportunity to raise THEM is my greatest challenge"
