My daughter has had a lot of luck with Therapeutic Tae Kwon Do as an alternative to tradition therapy. It combines the traditional therapy with Tae Kwon Do. As a warm up she is stretched by the instructor. Her primary instructor is an O.T. as well as just below a black belt. One of the other instructors is a P.T. and a black belt.
