The Paleo shakes sound great.  Another idea is to eat for breakfast
the same kind of things you eat for lunch and dinner; these can be
leftovers warmed up.  One idea: Start a crockpot stew the night before; in
the morning it will be done, ready for breakfast and making nice
leftovers for other meals.
