Stop, stop, stop.  Eat fat and all you want.  I'm at work or I'd say more;
probably will in the next day or two.  There's great disagreement on how
much fat is good but most people here are anything but anti-fat and we're
all happier because of it.  Try a good amount of healthy oils on your
veggies and I think you'll notice a positive difference post haste.

Real quick, my salary is so low it would make you CRY, but I eating this
way, nonetheless.  More later.
