I've eaten boiled (~30 min) moose heart on three different occasions. It sure had a different texture, consistency and taste compared to normal muscle meat. It was delicious! Especially the fat that was attached to it. I've also eaten boiled (a couple of hours) beef toungue several times. Like heart it's different from ordinary meat. I can't really describe it. I only can say that I loved it a lot. (According to my knowledge both heart and tounge are organs.) /Fredrik
