I don't consider my cholest counts good. I want to up them to at least 180.

I thought low cholest was good.  Before I started Atkins when I was eating
junk food all the time, my choles was 150.  After being on Atkins for a
couple of months. my choles was down to 108.  The doc said all my numbers
looked good.  I'm not big on exercise, just walking.
