hmmm......  tough one.  Avocado and squash does it for me.  I eat about five
ounces of meat/fish with a salad that contains many different greens,
celery, apple, olives, seeds and dressing.  I love squash for breakfast with
a couple of soft boiled eggs.  Blast, now I'm getting hungry and it's nearly
eleven p.m.  Oliva(who is up way past bedtime)
