I'm afraid to touch this with a ten-foot pole, Andrew, given your tendency
to rip one a size ten poop-chute but yes, low-carb diets DO often have a
diuretic effect.  Most if not all low-carb diet authors address it and
critics use it every day ("Oh, it's only water weight!")  If anyone else
would kindly attest to this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Sorry, Andrew, just calling a spade a spade.  And, in all likelihood, this
is all I'll have to say.
