I need some substitutes for milk and butter . I've looked at several margarines and notice they have whey in them.. also a lot of products that say they are dairy free. Also I notice the words sodium cassinate in products like creamers. Are these products safe for those of us who have milk allergies? Also have a allergy to egg whites.
