I have a HP vectra VL6/7 series It's a pentium 266 MMx, I want to change my hard drive (3 Gb) for a bigger one, I want one of 40Gb, how do I know if my motherboard is going to support it?  Because someone told me that to support big hard drives, I need a special kind of motherboard, is that true?
