Location: Denver Hyatt Tech Center The program on Friday, June 6th offers; six cooking courses taught by GF cookbook authors; transportation provided to three special evening dining out opportunities hosted by local celiacs. Additional program offerings on Friday will include a celiac clinic for persons newly diagnosed or those wanting a refresher course. Weekend programs include workshops offering an array of topics from medical experts, and Keynote addresses, including a look at a cure from some of the leading researchers in celiac disease; health screening; and a large exhibit show from your favorite food vendors. Our Kid's program is filled with age-appropriate activities for children from 5 to teens. Onsite childcare is available for our little guppies (4 and under) all 3 days. The kids will enjoy a carnival, food, science and craft activities. Teens may make a movie.
