I had the misfortune to allow a repair shop to restore my hard disk to the
factory settings because it hung when I tried. But they wiped the disk and
installed windows 95 from a non Packard Bell restore disk. A win 95 cd was
used.

My problem is that the Packard Bell codes have now gone, so the installation
of my programmes such as ms office and ms publisher are without such files as
the page wizards and files that allow updates. It appears from my research
that I have all the necessary files and programmes on the Packard Bell Master
cd but I cannot access them.

Does anyone know how I can access these files and restore my applications? I
seem to have windows 95 and not much else.

With thanks and a Happy christmas to you all. Andrew Terry
