I think it depends on the patient and factors such as extent of
spasticity
and
body weight, dosage, etc., etc.  My neuro told me it'd be a trial and
error
process to determine the optimal dosage and even then the times of the
effectiveness would be variable so that he couldn't predict it, at least
in
the first few years.  In other words, the effects could wear off in 3
months
one time, 2 the next, and then 3.5 months.  It all depends on a number
of
factors, which makes sense to me.
