The house my wife and I bought 4 years ago was not listed as "accessible," even though it has 36" doors throughout, the tallest door threshold is 1", both bathrooms have 5 foot turning radii, and it has a roll-in shower. Our realtor knew what we were looking for, and knew the right questions to ask.
